Shipping and Returns Policy
Thanks for considering Planters and Returns for your garden and allotment planters! Please read our returns policy carefully. If you've got any questions, please contact us.
New and unopened items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. You will still be liable for the shipping costs.
We will pay the shipping costs if the return results from our error; for example if you receive a defective order or the wrong product is delivered.
Refunds are unavailable for bespoke items. These include painted wooden planters, unusual or non-standard sizes, and anything that was made to order. This is because these items are made to your specific instructions. This does not apply in cases where bespoke items arrive damaged or when the wrong item is sent.
How long do refunds usually take?
Refunds are typically credited to your account within 14 days of the date your package is received by the return shipper. This is due to the length of time it takes for the Planters and Sorts team to receive your return and process the order, as well as the time it takes for your bank to process the refund. Please note that we do not have any control over most of these variables.
How do I request a refund?
To begin the refund request process, please visit our contact us page to see how to get in touch. Please include your order number and any other information you think may be necessary, such as details of any defects or issues with the order. We will respond to you as soon as possible to provide further instructions and information,
Please note that our free shipping options are only available in the mainland UK. Surcharges may be applied to people in the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, remote Scottish locations and other areas. These surcharges will apply to orders including those involving parcels of over 1.1m in size.
You will receive an estimated delivery time based on your chosen shipping options, the availability of your chosen planters and garden furniture, your shipping provider, and other factors such as bank holidays and weekends. A parcel delivery day may appear on your shipping quotes page.
